5. (1) The nomination paper must be signed by two persons

registered as electors for the purpose of the election at which

the person nominated is a candidate, by one as Proposer and by the

other as Seconder, and by eight other such persons as assenting to

the nomination.

In each case the person's number on the register of electors

and the distinctive letter of the polling district must be stated.

(2) No person must sign, in any capacity, more than one

nomination paper.
